Add "Connection Pool" metric for JBoss EAP 7

I need to monitor the http connection pool usage on some jboss eap 7 instances.

I am looking for the following metrics:
- available in EAP 7.0.9 & 7.1. The runtime statistics can be obtained via JMX MBeans org.xnio:type=Xnio, provider="nio",worker="workername" (workername defaults to default which is defined in standalone-*.xml) .

metrics in org.xnio MBean:
- ConnectionCount
- BusyWorkerThreadCount
- WorkerQueueSize
