Provide versioning for text mappings added to Generic Webhook connectors and Observers

When adding text in the "Configure event mapping window" within a Generic Webhook connector, there is no tracking changes or history kept from previous versions of the text mapping. The same goes for certain observers, like the Dynatrace observer, where a more advanced resource mapping is required. In the Dynatrace observer configuration, there is a text box underneath the heading that says "The entitySelector's for the Dynatrace v2 API". This textbox can have significant number of key values pairs with very specific syntax. If you fat finger your edits or want to revert back to a previous version of this text, there is no utility to do this in the UI. In both the Generic Webhook logic and the Observers, there should be a way to view past versions of the text mappings and revert to those versions if necessary.
