Add noise reduction statistics and any other defined KPIs for every individual incident and event grouping

In the AIOps Insights dashboard, several KPIs (including noise reduction %) are automatically calculated across all system data over a specified period of time. In order to communicate unique value from CP4AIOps on a smaller scale, these numbers should be calculated for each individual incident or event grouping and shared in the UI for the end user. For example, on an incident "story" page, one of the descriptors in the top right corner could be noise reduction % for just that one incident. Having KPIs like this shared in other places in our UI, not just in the AIOps Insights dashboard, could help end users more clearly understand and be constantly reminded of the value we're bringing at a more relatable scale.
