Enable Custom Vanity URLs for External Access to Kafka Brokers & Bootstrap Servers

Hello Team,

We have Production Environment that is shielded from accessing the URL's directly from outside the cluster. URL's can be accessed by creating the custom Vanity URL's for each of the Kafka Brokers.
This is one of the reasons why the Mustgather is failing to collect the information on the Kafka using kcat commands because they are all pointing to the default router that that are created for Kafka.

As suggested in this IBM case(TS020660641), We had to create Custom Vanity URL for each Kafka Broker and update the Installation to reflect those changes in the Routes. After this, we were able to get the Mustgather to be functioning.

As suggested in the case, I am raising this request to add the functionality for supporting Custom Vanity URLs for Kafka Brokers and bootstrap servers.
