TELUS Have NOI on OCP hybrid deployment in production where they have human in the loop functionality implemented using Impact as out of the box probable cause doesn't work for telecom alarms. Yasser implemented operator view and impact backend logic so end user can right click and assign Cause Weight to type of alerts so next time it takes into consideration while calculating Probable cause score . When they are going to CP4AIOPS , all of this functionality will break as underneath schema is different and not sure even if can be implemented.

They have current implementation in production that they need to bring forward either by OOTB functionality or additional feature.

Without this the probable cause calculation OOTB for their alarms in unusable. Hence all grouping and dependent features.
