Display Custom Netcool Fields as First‑Class Tabular Fields in Alert Information (Not in Custom Block)

Custom fields coming from Netcool ObjectServer are currently grouped inside a single "Custom" block, which makes them harder to locate, sort, compare, and analyze. Presenting each custom field as an independent tabular field—consistent with out‑of‑box (OOB) default fields—improves visibility, usability, troubleshooting efficiency, and operator experience. It restores the clarity and workflow efficiency operators previously had in version 1.6.15, where custom fields appeared cleanly in the alert table.

Users/Application team – Faster triage due to immediately visible custom attribute. Clearer configuration validation and mapping checks

How It Should Work

  • Each custom field from ObjectServer should be parsed and displayed as an individual column/row within the Tabular section of the Alert Information page.
  • The UI should treat custom fields exactly like OOB fields—sortable, filterable, and visible without expanding a nested “Custom” block.
  • Field ordering should follow the same sequence and formatting as 1.6.15 to preserve user familiarity.
  • No additional configuration should be required; the UI detects custom fields automatically.
