Alert Viewer Contextual Menu: Condition Builder Support for Alert Group Membership / Insights Array

Currently, in IBM Cloud Pak for AIOps (v4.13.1), the Alert Viewer's custom menu items (right-click actions) cannot be dynamically restricted based on whether an alert belongs to a group (i.e., identifying a child alarm versus a standalone alarm).

The product's Conditions Builder only accepts predefined alert attributes or keys under alert.details. However, alert grouping data is strictly recorded within the insights array. Because the Conditions Builder cannot read or evaluate the insights array, it is impossible to natively restrict a contextual menu item to trigger solely on child alarms. This product limitation forces custom menu tools to remain visible on all alarms, relying on complex downstream endpoint scripts to filter out standalone alerts.

Enhance the Conditions Builder within the Alert Viewer menu customization framework to natively evaluate group membership. This can be achieved by allowing the tool to parse the insights array or by exposing a predefined boolean attribute, such as alert.is_child. Administrators can then configure right-click contextual actions to only display or execute when an operator interacts with a grouped child alarm.
