Enhance Event Viewer Quick Filter Capabilities in CP4AIOps Console

Description:

The CP4AIOps console event viewer lacks the quick filter functionality available in the traditional DASH console, limiting user efficiency and experience. We recommend implementing the following improvements:

Key Gaps:

Missing Quick Filter Functionality – The CP4AIOps console does not provide a quick filter feature comparable to the DASH console event viewer page, requiring users to access filters through more complex workflows.

No Visibility of Applied Filter Conditions – Once users apply a filter, there is no clear way to view or remove the filter criteria, as the applied conditions are not displayed anywhere on the interface.

Limited Filter Operators – The quick filter lacks support for pattern-matching operations, such as a "like" or "contains" condition, restricting users' ability to perform flexible searches.

Lack of Customization Options – Users cannot customize quick filter behavior or create personalized filter templates for their specific use cases.

Requested Enhancements:

  • Implement a visible quick filter panel showing all active filter conditions
  • Add support for additional operators, including "like," "contains," and pattern-matching capabilities
  • Provide filter customization and template management features
  • Enable easy addition and removal of filter criteria
