Enable IBM Netcool Probes to return command execution responses synchronously directly to the Telnet/SSH CLI session when using the passthru command, rather than only writing the output to the probe log files.

Why is it useful?
Currently, when a user or automation script connects to the probe's CLI via Telnet or SSH (e.g., port 7001) and issues a command to a network element (like passthru -tid <Target_ID> -msg "<TL1_command>"), the probe executes the command but sends the target device's response to a log file. This creates a disconnected process where automation scripts or operators must parse and scrape log files to see the outcome of their command. Returning the response directly to the active terminal session allows for real-time, closed-loop automation and immediate validation without the overhead of log scraping.

Who would benefit from it?
Netcool Administrators, Network Operations Center (NOC) Operators, and Automation Engineers who rely on Netcool's CLI interface for fault management, diagnostics, and automated network remediation.

How should it work?
When a command is issued to the probe via a Telnet or SSH session (for example: passthru -tid NodeNE01 -msg "RTRV-NE-GEN:::123"), the probe should capture the response payload from the target device and print it directly back to the active terminal session. This allows the calling script or human operator to see and capture the response immediately upon command completion.
