SNMP Probe able to handle v3 traps with 100+ end points

When using the SNMP Probe to receive v3 traps, these need to be added to the mttrapd.conf file. When the Probe starts, it reads in this file and creates a hash table of the entries. For 5k entries, this process can take 10 to 20 minutes just to load. The client wants to be able to scale to 100k+ end points. The Probe dev team have a plan for how to enable the Probe to support this number but it will require some development effort.

At an event rate of 27 events per second, it would take the probe an hour to process just one trap from each device.
