Message Bus gateway MQTT transport username/password

The MQTT transport for Message Bus gateway only allows for anonymous connections to an MQTT server. If connection is to a RabbitMQ server, an anonymous connection is usually only allowed from a localhost for security reasons. The transport module should allow for a username/password authentication for MQTT servers that have this setup. This provides better security for connections between the gateway and an MQTT server.

    I would be nice to consider to implement new mqtt protocol in message bus probe. The is raising demand of IoT devices integrated to Netcool. Currently we are running POC to integrate alarms from IoT devices and this one of show stopper.
