filter out the ServiceNow import data based on user-defined filter criteria" in Netcool ASM ServiceNow observer

We would like to define filter criteria for the data that gets imported in ASM from ServiceNow observer.

    Agree, this would be a critical feature, not only would it allow a speed up of ingestion from the service now observer, but it would also assist in ensuring only live data is imported.
