WAS LDAP userFilter and groupFilter settings to be added to a Config Map so that changes to the settings will be kept on a restart.

Customer has set up NOI and WebGUI on a hybrid environment. They configured their LDAP settings but would now like to change them. There is no option for this. If there was an available setting in a Config Map these could be used and maintained after the pod dies. These settings may be configurable as below, but this would not be restored after the pod dies : oc get noi look for Ldap and try and add here Ldap: Base DN: dc=mycluster,dc=icp Bind DN: cn=admin,dc=mycluster,dc=icp Group Filter: cn=%s,ou=groups Mode: standalone Port: 389 Server Type: CUSTOM Ssl Port: 636 Storage Class: rook-ceph-block Storage Size: 1Gi Suffix: dc=mycluster,dc=icp URL: ldap://localhost:389 User Filter: uid=%s,ou=users This may allow the requested filter changes, but as mentioned the changes will be reset when the WAS pod dies.
