Add support for HTTPS and Authentication against Proxy in Agile Service Manager's ServiceNow Observer

The ASM ServiceNow Observer supports connection from ASM to ServiceNow via a web proxy, but does not support connections to the proxy that require either HTTPS or authentication. On-Prem ASM instances located in secure networks are therefore unable to connect to (all) externally hosted ServiceNow instances without this option to authenticate at the outbound proxy.

If the ServiceNow observer added options to the "Proxy" field to allow specifying a Username/Password to perform authentication against, and supported HTTPS as well as HTTP connections to the proxy, this would let on-Prem ASM instances work in a wider range of networking environments.
