multiple active DASH Systems and one ASM Core

actually the ASM UI service registers console connections with one JazzSM DASH System. But if you have a large scale environment, where users are loged into multiple DASH Systems, that ASM does only register with one active DASH system. Means, ASM can only been used by one actiev DASH system.

The JazzSM HA solution is not liked by customer, therefore, we request a solution, where one ASM core system can be used by multiple active dash systems.

We also understand that the DASH HA solution only works within one active and one standby DASH system, where only the active DASH system can have logged in users.
