New functionality: Tracking discarded traps snmpv3 in mttrapd probe #SPGI #EMEA

Now days it is not possible to have a real tracking about all traps snmp v3. By default the mttrapd probe discards all non registered engineID's, but this is difficult in big environment with devices like F5, where all traps have their own engineID, and even more, the engineID can change after rebooting the system.

It is key to have a configuration to "redirect" or "register" somewhere all those discarded traps v3 in log file or any other place, with their related unique event identifier, so customers can have a real idea about what they are loosing in monitoring.
