Netcool/Impact should support functions like getdate() in its restriction

Currently, you cannot add getdate function directly in the Netcool/Impact Restriction filter within OMNIbusEvent Reader service or any other service.

If you add getdate function, there are several changes required to be made and you can have only 1 filter per event reader. This adds an overhead of creating additional event reader services. Or else we have to disable Event matching which defeats the purpose.

From NOI grouped ticketing/notification perspective, it will be of great help if getdate function is supported in the Netcool/Impact restriction filter within an even reader service.
