Logging details are missing about who modified what and when in Netcool Impact log?

The Netcool Impact Administrator are allowed to login via the GUI to perform Admin Tasks such as updating policies and maintenance of services etc. The logfile includes limited information. The Who, Where and When information is very important to have complete knowledge of all activities occurring through console. Anyone with access to GUI can perform any administrative activity. The changes made to the configuration from console are partially logged. The log does not capture who did what and to whom, the exact command that was used is missing from logfile. This can be very useful when researching who, when, where and why someone made changes. . From SSH session some tasks can be completed with script such as “ mapRole.sh” The mapRole log does not include any trace of who modified what? To help in troubleshooting any configuration related issue ,configuration changes should be logged with all details.
