Add ability to set std_table_dot_walk parameter in servicenow-observer job UI

When discovering resources using the servicenow-observer for large CI tables an error is flagged up regarding pagination and suggestion in the manual is to set std_table_dot_walk=false via swagger.

Now the manual is pretty poor when it comes to how this might be set, however it should be an option in the job definition so that you can set this option without having to resort to swagger.

Similarly any other property that can be set should also be present in the UI. for example trust_certificate

The "large CI tables error w/ pagination" is due to observer requesting API with too many query parameters which observer sets when "std_table_dot_walk=true". The feature was implemented on the request of the customer.

However, after the recent update to ServiceNow API [Tokyo(August 2022)], the ServiceNow has probably introduced a few undocumented limitations due to which API is throwing the error. Also there has been some changes to app_service table, which might result in some connectivity missing.

We are already in the process of enhancing the observer to support all these API changes. As a part of the enhancement, I've removed "std_table_dot_walk=true" option from job parameters and changed the code to fetch all those values w/o explicitly requesting them using query params. This enhancement will be available in Q1 2023 GA
