Allow empty column in WebGUI View for UTC fields with value 0

This RFE was suggested since we could not find a solution for case TS011100966.


We have added an UTC field to alerts.status, which remains empty most of the time (i.e., equal to 0). When displaying this column in Event Viewer, the value 0 is converted to epoch time (1-1-1970) automatically. That value is misleading and we would like to have an empty column, since the value for that columns was not yet set.


According to this link (see below), the Native Desktop is already configured to show an empty column when the value is 0, but this is not the case with WebGUI.

As an alternative, we tried to create an empty value in the conversion table, but that table does not accept empty values - it requires a string to be set, but that is not what we want.

    With Web GUI FP29 released in Dec2022, this defect within EDS mode Event Viewer is fixed. Thus, it correctly display its STRING conversion value (ie. "0") if it's not set in ObjectServer. The product team suggests, the STRING conversion value can be set to other values, such as "unset" or "" (empty) to satisfy this request.
