Netcool/OMNIbus : Windows Server 2022 support

We plan to use Netcool/OMNIbus 8.1 Eventlog Probe and GLF Probe on Windows Server 2022.

Windows Server 2022 has already been released in September 2021, but it is not yet supported for NCO 8.1.

Please support Netcool OMNIbus 8.1 core and probes for Windows Server 2022.

We hope that this support will be realized soon.
