Change "Apply a device template to a device" to "Update the properties of a device" in ScienceLogic integration

At present in the ScienceLogic integration, there is a block titled "Apply a device template to a device" which triggers POST on /device/X. 

This is technically correct, but there's also a second API call that uses the same URI: "Update the properties of a device".
This is used more often and is more useful. This Idea would be to change the Block "Apply a device template to a device" to  "Update the properties of a device"

For reference, see Page 213 and 214 of https://fr.scribd.com/document/680012440/sciencelogic-api-11-2-0 to see the API calls, noting that both "Apply a device template to a device" and  "Update the properties of a device" exist as POST on /device/X.
