Data Insight needs added functionality so that when a widget is taking and excessively long time to load and thus delaying the rest of the report to complete, the UI should present function to the user to halt that specific widget

User notes this function already exists in Grafana, added function would all Customer to determine problems with Report loading when they are building reports. Issue manifest most notably when building reports in their staging environment are moved to the MUCH larger production enviroment.
