Reporting 'All Devices I Can See' group

To better build out-of-the-box reports in DI, I would like to be able to select a device group that represents all devices I can see based on my UserRole.  Presently, as admin, I can build a shared OOTB report based on 'All Device Groups'...when a UserRole that does not have access to 'All Device Groups' opens this report, they need to modify the report or change the variable options to select groups/devices they have access to for the report to render.  A group of 'All Devices my UserRole(s) can see' would allow us to build a report that delivers data on opening for any user accessing the report.
