V3 API does not follow standards

Currently the API v3 delete API call requires a body.

DELETE requests are typically designed to identify the resource to be deleted solely through query parameters within the URI

It looks like your API deviates from the standard and requires a request body
Some APIs may deviate from the standard and require or accept a request body for DELETE operations.

This is where you allow additional criteria for deletion such as passing the force delete flag. However we want providing the body to be optional.
