Post an idea.
Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

Hey There,
I am going to close this request as it is not something we plan to address from a standard product at this point in time. I am aware you are also in conversation with our brilliant Expert Labs team who have handled similar requests in the past - and suggest this conversation be continued there.
Best Regards,
Kaushal
Hi Ryan, Thanks for the comments. The requirement is due to the contractual agreement with the customer. Customer needs to have data stored for at least 15 months.
Hi there. Thanks for opening this idea. Can you tell us more about why BT has a requirement to store data > 365 days. What is the business value and how is that data used? Where does 365 days fall short? Is it applicable to all of BT's customers? Is longer data storage worth the tradeoff to product performance and infrastructure cost?
