Transfer of report ownership

Currently, when a user who is inactivated (reports owned by that user becomes inactive for other users with whom it is shared with)
Admins cannot update the ownership of such reports nor can Admins identify the reports/views owned by inactivated users. 

We have to request the Support team to run updates (backend) to fix this issue. 

Need better way for Admins to handle this situation
