Enable Measurements to be added directly to Key Results that are linked to an indicator without having to open the indicator

From an end user perspective, while a Key Result, may have an indicator its not user friendly to capture a key result measurement. Typically the user will be looking at a view of objectives with nested key results. They will open a key result, go to the measurement tab to enter a new measurement and they can't. They have to click on the indicator and from their add the measurment. Further than can't create a indicator from the Key Result if it does not exist. Its not user friend to leave, create an indicator and remember it and return.
