Shape the future of IBM!

We invite you to shape the future of IBM, including product roadmaps, by submitting ideas that matter to you the most. Here's how it works:

Search existing ideas

Start by searching and reviewing ideas and requests to enhance a product or service. Take a look at ideas others have posted, and add a comment, vote, or subscribe to updates on them if they matter to you. If you can't find what you are looking for,

Post your ideas
  1. Post an idea.

  2. Get feedback from the IBM team and other customers to refine your idea.

  3. Follow the idea through the IBM Ideas process.

Admins access to all reports in Targetprocess

Currently an admin can see the list of reports under 'Settings > Configuration > Reports' - however if an admin does not have access to the report, they cannot click through to it and review.

This raises the risk that colleagues are creating views/reports in Targetprocess and reporting on them, but the reports are not set up correctly as they do not have knowledge of the system and how to configure views.

Admins should have access to:

  • All views regardless of ownership
  • Ability to make private views public
  • Ability to delete reports if they are no longer used or the owner has left the business
  • Visibility of when the report was last accessed
  • Visibility of how many times the report has been accessed in the past 30 days
