With the introduction of the Conversational Insights (AI chat) capability in Targetprocess, we see strong potential for enhancing user productivity and decision support. However, the current implementation is limited to read-only interactions and does not support configuration or controlled behavior.

To enable enterprise-grade adoption and governance, we would like to propose the introduction of a configurable instruction framework that allows administrators and users to guide AI behavior in a structured and predictable manner.
