Ability to hide buttons (e.g., 'add' vs. 'add and open')

Administrators should be able to hide or configure which action buttons (such as 'Add' vs 'Add and Open') are visible in the UI to simplify the user experience.  

This feature benefits administrators and UX designers who want to streamline the interface for end users by removing buttons that are not relevant to their workflow or that cause confusion. It works by providing a configuration option to show or hide specific action buttons based on user role or context within the platform. Simplifying the UI reduces training time and user errors, particularly for large user bases with varied technical proficiency.
