Add Multiple Users at Once on Multiple User Field

Users should be able to add multiple users at once to multi-user fields rather than being required to add them one at a time.  

This feature benefits project managers and administrators who frequently need to assign multiple users to shared fields such as stakeholders, reviewers, or team members, and are currently slowed by single-user-at-a-time entry. It works by allowing a multi-select or bulk input mechanism in multi-user fields so that several users can be selected and saved in a single action. This improves efficiency and reduces repetitive data entry.

    Per conversation with Tony on our call 7/24/2026, he mentioned being able to add users to multiple portfolios and multiple teams as well.  This is becoming more important.  If a separate ticket needs to be entered, please let me know.

    What are the screens and workflows where this multiple selection is required?
