Request for a change to the Ericsson OSS-RC collector to establish relations/connections between RNC and MSC

a. Design, develop and supply a change on the Ericsson OSS-RC collector
package for IBM Tivoli Netcool/ITNM in a way to establish relations
among RNC (Radio Network Controllers) from 3G technology and MSC
(Mobile Switching Centers).

b. Required establish relations are similar into existing BSC (Base Station
Controller) from 2G technology and the same MSC (Mobile Switching
Centers).

c. Relations should be leveraged by using the following XML blocks already
identified:

e. Validate the extensions to the Tivoli Netcool/ITNM model designed to

Validation of the model will use sample data, domain expertise and
