Ability to freeze generated actions for a specific group

I would like the ability to freeze the generated actions for a specific group so that when we notify resources owners of the action a week prior, we take that specific action or none at all on their resource. For example: We sent out notifications one week prior to actions being taken. The original notification to the resource owner stated they would go from 32 cores to 16 cores. The day before actions, the recommendation changed and is now recommending the 32 core machine to 8 cores. The owner may have previously been okay with going to 16 cores but not 8. We would like to take a conservative approach for machines, especially production, and do not want to resize down further than what is notified for.

Thank you for taking the time to provide your ideas to IBM. We truly value our relationship with you and appreciate your willingness to share details about your experience, your recommendations, and ideas. IBM has evaluated the request and has determined that it cannot be implemented at this time or does not align with our current strategy or roadmap.

If you would prefer that IBM re-evaluate this decision, please open a new idea at https://automation-management.ideas.ibm.com/ideas

Would this feature be for public cloud, on-prem, or both?
