Import metadata from targets and allow to add custom metadata on business application, transaction and service level

Today Turbonomic imports tags from hypervisors or K8s allowing to display important meta-data such as the responsible support group or contact person for an entity. For entites on application, middleware or database level this is not available yet. 

Please add support for custom meta-data if available in the target system or to be added via the Turbo UI for a selected entity and the setting when defining Application Topology entities manually.
