Auto-create groups for VM's with and without memory metrics for AWS and GCP VM's

Auto-create groups for VM's with and without memory metrics for AWS and GCP VM's as this is currently done for Azure VM's as per attached screen shot.  This will make it easier to track and report on what VM's have memory metrics enabled for all cloud providers instead of having to manually create static VM groups.

Just joining this up with my previous ideas submission. https://automation-management.ideas.ibm.com/ideas/TURBO-I-208

btw - is it even possible for these groups to be creating manually in the GUI as I don't think there is matching criteria needed for it?
