configure RBAC on dashboards so that groups of people can edit/manage/view

The RBAC model isn't very mature, and if someone is an owner of a dashboard, only they can edit it.  what happens if a change is needed when someone is away?
Being able to group dashboards would also help with usability

Is this about the executive dashboards or some other (custom) dashboards ? Currently, there is a way to grant individual or "All users" access to executive dashboards in the Turbo UI. We would like to understand which kind of user groups are being created and they way RBAC would be set up to access dashboards.
