Request for more options in Rate of Resize

We are trying to get automated resizing implemented at Bank of New York Mellon and we are currently in the testing phase and all is going well other than the Rate of Resize. As you know you can scale by 1, a few, or straight to best recommendation. They would like to see at least 1 more option that does makes sense IMO. They are asking if we can have a number 3 be half of the recommendation. They have a lot of overprovisioned machines that are considerably over provisioned, so scaling by half is better than just a few when they need to go from something like 16 vcpu's to 4. Currently the options would be 16-15, 16-13, 16-4. There is a large area between the last two options. Can we shorten that gap? When you can only resize once a week in a maint window, it's going to take a month to get to where we need to be. We could cut that in half if we had another option on the rate.

    This could make it easier for "cautious" users to accept actions in an automated (or at least Turbo-native) manner. Currently, if you want to go "halfway," you have to do it outside of Turbo.
