An entry for DWC in Services Control Panel is missing

After a successful installation of Dynamic Workload Console v9.5 FP02, an entry in the services control panel for automatically starting and stopping the service is missing. All other entries for the MDM and DA are made.

    We accept the requirement, in any case we will be able to create the Windows Service with "manual" start up because this is what Liberty allows. If this is not enough please open an RFE also for Liberty.
