DWC Tabs to be named with the name of the Task

1. When a Task is launched from System Status & Health -> All Configured Tasks, the Task is launched in the same tab replacing the Task List.
2. The tab for Task list should stay as a separate tab so that other taks can be launched from it.
3. When a Task is launched from System Status & Health -> Monitor Workload -> Choose a custom Task from Query drop down list, a new tab is launched, but it is named generically as Monitor Jobs, Job Streams, or whatever Object Type is chosen. This tab should be named the same as the Task name.
4. Allow multiple filters to be applied for each column in a Monitor Workload task where the filters are saved with the Task, which can be chosen to be either applied or not similar to the JSC.
5. In the Monitor Job Streams task, Jobs view, the jobs should appear in the sequence or order of execution as they are listed in the Job Stream definition.
6. When a job is chosen to rerun, provide a field to provide an alias to name the rerun instance.

    For recording keeping, the previous attributes were:
