Disable task sharing option in IDWC

In Dynamic Workload Console 9.5 users are able to query the current plan by selecting the menu "Monitoring & Reporting > Monitor Workload".
Users can also save their queries for later use and share them with other users.

While sharing a specific query is very useful for users in the same workgroup, it became harmful if users share their queries with all other users. Users from other workgroups would face a very long list of saved queries and it would be difficult to find what is of their interest.

To prevent the grown of the list of the shared queries it would be useful to have a global option to disable the option to share the activity with all users and allow only the options "None" and "Selected" groups.

Please look at the attached image to better undertand which is the option we wish to be able to disable.
