Add ability to have common database credentials for jobs

Currently when database jobs are implemented, the DB login credentials have to be entered for each and every job. In the event of a password change in the database, this can require substantial manual effort and coordination to address.

Provide an object similar to a "USER", which is used for Windows domain accounts, to better support the use of database jobs.

Hello there, you can already choose the "user" option in the DB plug-in job type. If you do that the job is associated to a User object that you can define with the credentials.

If this mechanism does not satisfy your requirements, please provide detailed explanations why.
