TDWC Workload Designer to integrate validfrom dates on job streams

Integrate job stream valid-from dates into Workload Designer such that all versions of a job stream are all opened and worked with together as one object in the UI. In the Working List the Job Stream would be a tree of valid-from versions. Functionality to create new valid-from versions ("create new like this version" and "create new empty version") and to delete valid-from versions would have to be added.

    The reason for the original request remains valid on DWC version 9.5: Opening two versions of the same job stream with different validfrom dates confused Workload Designer: it gets a lock on one (which is really all of them) then it fails to get a lock on the additional validfrom versions and it opens them as read-only.

    The requirement is valid but we are reworking the Workload Designer for next release with a different approach. So for now we close it, you may re-open it after trying the new Workload Designer.
