SAP IBP Integration Logs Not Sufficient

We are using SAP IBP integration to trigger the IBP jobs using the job template which is working fine but the IWA logs just shows success or failed message. We would like to see more information in logs to understand the issue by seeing which step it was failed also it should have option to restart from the step where it failed instead of running from beginning. Also there as cases where it shows below Error 

"APJ_RT/032 - Job couldn't be scheduled. AWKSBP012E An error occurred during the execution of the job. The message is "Job couldn't be scheduled."

Based on these we found the job was not trigerred in IBP and message is also not clear for the failure reason. It was failed due to missing master data rule for the user after investigation.
