Please can you impement support for importing tags from DataDog that have already been imported into datadog for example azure

This will reduce duplication of tags as SaaS and IaaS only need to be tagged once rather than duplication.

enable the ingestion of Azure SQL Managed Instances

Turbonomic currently ingests some Azure SQL PaaS, but not all. SQL Managed Instances are a class that should be included.
