Exclude entities from licensing based on tags, services etc. so not all entities are discovered for a specific integration.

For a given integration such as AWS, exclude specific services such as EMR that is underpinned by EC2. This allows Organisations flexibility with regards to entities that need to be discovered and optimised for the target account.
