Realized Savings Details - Add column - Date

In the Realized Savings Details does not have a date column both in the UI as well the Excel report. The suggestion is to add to add a new column to add the Date Information in this view

Change units in downloaded csv file with recommendations

The units appear in KB and the client requests GB. It is a much more manageable and realistic unit given the current sizes.
