Enable Instance ID Search in the "Park" Section

The "Park" section of the Turbonomic UI currently limits searches to the "Name" attribute. In many AWS/Azure environments, it is common to have multiple VMs with the same name (e.g., "Web-Server-Prod"), making it difficult to identify the specific...

In GCP there are Flex CUDs that are used to reduce Ondemand costs on compute Resources. Turbonomic should discover and take Flex CUDs in consideration when rightsizing

This is useful as more clients on GCP are moving towards flex cuds and Turbonomic's rightsizing decisions need to take those into consideration to have trustworthy decisions on GCP compute resources.

Allow reporting by GCP Tag (as they are project-level concept)

Ingest to Turbonomic and allow reporting by GCP Tag (as they are project-level concept). This will allow for savings tracking per project (group of projects) owner (App, feature, product, etc.) as well as environment, cost center etc.
