Events should not be closed automatically until the issue gets resolved

The events are getting auto-closed in Instana for all the metrics such as Jobs, CPU, etc. We want the event to be closed only if the issue is resolved in the next poll.

Real time cpu, ASP and disk utilization should be captured in event description.

Real time cpu, ASP and disk utilization should be captured in event description. For example threshold is configured for generate the event if utilization is more than 80% then what was exact utilization that time (like 81%, 83% or 87% etc)

Add an option to change the severity of a built-in events

We need an option to change the severity of a built-in event as per the requirement from the customer. As of now it's fixed, therefore Priority events are getting missed because those are set as warning. For example, message queue, Top active jobs...

Make the metrics for "max_metrics_reached" with the limit accessible for alerts

We hit the "max_metrics_reached" on one of our tenants on an agent and we had to reach out to support (TSo17688362) for assistance. Support requested a metric limit increase, which removed the message and allowed the agent to capture more metrics ...
