Please implement a way to hide production subscriptions for cloud parking

In most situations, we don't want to park production subscriptions, so would like to hide these for the majority of users. For the infrequent times we want to park production, I would want to see this available for elevated-access users only.

Add a Native Dashboard to control the PODS and Deployments - Has the ability to add Nodes and Control the Kubernetes World
